TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE ALDI PIGS IN BLANKETS RESTAURANT

This page tells you the terms on which you may obtain tickets for the Event (the “Terms”).
ALDI is selling tickets for individuals to attend a Pigs in Blankets event being held at 133 Bethnal Green Road, Shoreditch, London, E2 7DG. (the “Event”)
Booking for the Event is strongly advised due to limited availability and can be made via Eventbrite in advance. Walk in sessions are available on the day, subject to availability.
Please read these Terms and the associated Privacy Policy carefully before you book a ticket as they will govern your attendance of the Event and your conduct whilst there. By obtaining a ticket, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms.

- Third-Parties Involved: Our main partner in the Event is Clarion Communications (P.R.) Limited (“Clarion”), a public relations company helping ALDI to run the Event. Clarion is registered in England and Wales with company number 02517824 and its registered office is at Rose Court, 2 Southwark Bridge Road, London, SE1 9HS. We may also disclose your data to selected third-party service providers involved with TV, radio, print and other media production.
EACH BOOKING COMPRISES OF:
- A one-hour session, including: bottomless Pigs in Blankets and one complimentary glass of Prosecco or soft drink on arrival. Other drinks will be available to purchase for the remainder of the Event.

2. Tickets are available in limited quantities on a first come first served basis and are only available via the Eventbrite ticket page. Access to the internet is required to book a ticket. There are 280 seats which can be booked for a 1-hour session between the hours of 12:30 to 20:45 across Friday 29th November and Saturday 30th November.
3. Entry to The Event with your ticket is £5, which includes bottomless Pigs in Blankets and one complimentary glass of Prosecco or soft drink.
4. Proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to ALDI’s charity partner, Neighbourly. More information on the partnership can be found here: https://www.aldi.co.uk/corporate/partnerships/neighbourly
5. By booking 1 ticket, you are booking a 1-hour session.
6. If you are late, we won’t be able to extend your session, but we will hold your slot for 15 minutes, and if you arrive later than 15 minutes of your time slot, your seat may be given away and you will no longer be able to attend the Event.
7. Tickets will be available to purchase from 00:01GMT on 19.11.2024 until the date of the Event, or until all timeslots are booked. Once a timeslot has sold out, it will not be possible to purchase a ticket for that Event.
8. The only event location is 133 Bethnal Green Road, E2 7DG. Tickets will not be available for use in any other location.
9. Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.
10.You may be asked to show satisfactory proof of age on arrival to the Event. There will be a “Challenge 25” policy in place at the bar. If you are judged to look younger than 25, you will be asked to show an acceptable form of I.D. Acceptable forms of I.D. are; Cards bearing the PASS hologram, Photographic Driving Licence, Passport.
11. Use of a false name, or the provision of any other untruthful or misleading information, will result in cancellation of the relevant ticket.
12. A maximum of four tickets can be booked per person. Anyone found to be obtaining tickets under multiple identities will be denied access to the Event.
13. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferrable, and non-exchangeable.
14. Tickets are valid for the date and time shown on ticket only.
15. E-tickets will be issued, no hard copy tickets will be issued. When your booking has been confirmed your tickets will be dispatched via e-mail to the e-mail address you specified. It is your responsibility to check prior to booking that the information you have supplied to us in respect of your e-ticket requirements is accurate. We are only responsible for issuing e-tickets in accordance with the information you provide.
16. Ticket holders are responsible for organising and financing their own means of travel to and from the Event.
17. ALDI may cancel Event tickets at any time if it believes that such tickets have been purchased in breach of these Terms or is otherwise not in the spirit of the Event.
RESTRICTIONS AT THE EVENT:
18. All items brought onto the premises are left entirely at your risk.
19. You agree to comply with all reasonable instructions from the Event staff during your visit, including without limitation those in respect of health and safety.
20. If you or another guest has an accident or suffers any injury during attendance at the Event, please report this as soon as possible to a member of staff and, in any event, within 24 hours of the incident.
21. All those attending the Event must respect the privacy and comfort of others throughout the Event, particularly with regard to phone calls and conversations in public spaces.
22. No dogs are permitted on site, except for assistance dogs notified to ALDI in advance of the Event.
23. Please ensure that you share dietary requirements with staff on arrival at the Event.
24. As the food will be prepared in an environment that handles allergens, we cannot guarantee the absence of any allergens.
25. No smoking or use of e-cigarettes is permitted on site except in designated smoking areas.
26. Permission must be obtained from ALDI for all filming and photography for commercial purposes. You may take photos and film for personal use only.
27. ALDI reserves the right to refuse entry into, or remove from the premises, any person. This includes, but is not limited to, a person who:
a)has behaved in a manner which, in the opinion ALDI, has, or is likely to, adversely affect the safety or enjoyment of staff and/or other visitors;
b) has used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, or in any way provokes or behaves in a manner which may provoke a breach of the peace or disturb the business operations at the Event; and
c) is, or appears to be, under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
28. You acknowledge that you will be liable to us for any damage caused by you to the Event space or to any of its contents or for any injury caused to any of our staff or representatives or to other visitors during your visit.
29. Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence or by that of our employees or any other liability that cannot, as a matter of law be excluded or limited, we exclude our liability for any loss, damage, cost or expense suffered by you or occurring to any items belonging to you as a result of your visit. Under no circumstances will we be liable to you or to any third party for any consequential or indirect loss, damage or expense.
GENERAL
30. Discretion: Where these Terms refer to the exercise of any discretion by ALDI such discretion shall be absolute, and no correspondence shall be entered into regarding any associated decisions. ALDI, in particular, reserve the right to cancel any Event ticket which it believes to have been obtained in breach of these Terms.
31. Privacy: Any personal information provided as part of your booking will be processed by the third party booking platform Eventbrite in accordance with their privacy policy at https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/help/en-gb/articles/460838/eventbrite-privacy-policy/ and by ALDI in accordance with the Customer Privacy Policy (https://www.aldi.co.uk/how-we-use-your-personal-data-special-purposes). Please read this policy carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.
32. Events beyond our control: Events that may occur, such as weather conditions, that render the Event itself impractical due to reasons beyond ALDI’s control. ALDI may, at their discretion, make such variations or amendments to the Event as they feel are necessary as a result of such events. This may be at late notice and with limited warning.
33. Cancellation of the Event: While ALDI will use every effort to ensure the Event is open until the intended closing date, ALDI reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Event in whole or in part at any time. If you have already obtained a ticket for the Event by that point ALDI will notify you of the change via the e-mail address which you supply to us when you secured a ticket. ALDI will endeavour to give seven days’ notice of such a cancellation, termination, modification or suspension. If this is not possible, ALDI shall give guests as much notice as ALDI reasonably can.
34. Entire Agreement: These Terms (together with the documents referred to in them) constitute the entire agreement between you and ALDI in relation to your obtainment of ticket/s and supersede and extinguish all previous agreements in respect of the Event.
35. Other promotions: Any other promotions run by ALDI will be governed by their own separate terms and conditions.
36. Applicable Law: These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
