There may have been a national shortage of the black stuff[1], but Aldi shoppers will have the luck of the Irish on 26th January as the supermarket is launching Burts Ridges Hand Cooked Guinness Crisps (£1.35, 150g) ahead of the Six Nations starting on Friday 31st January.
Combining two pub classics, the Irish stout flavoured crisps arrive in a choice of classic Guinness for a crunchy taste of the creamy stuff or Guinness & Chilli for those that like their snacks with a bit of spice.
Quality potatoes are cooked to crisp perfection and flavoured with a unique blend of roasted barley and hops for an un-beer-lievably tasty snack. And at just £1.35 for a sharing bag, they’re sure to be a half-time crowd pleaser, no matter what the score is.
Burts Ridges Hand Cooked Guinness Crisps are available in Aldi stores from 26th January. Shoppers must be quick as with all Aldi Specialbuys, once they’re gone, they’re gone!
