ALDI LAUNCHES GIN THAT TASTES JUST LIKE KATE MIDDLETON’S FAVOURITE DESSERT

Sticky toffee pudding is a classic dessert loved by many Brits, not to mention her Royal Highness Kate Middleton.[1] Luckily for sweet-toothed shoppers, and for the Duchess of Cambridge herself, supermarket Aldi has launched a Sticky Toffee Pudding Gin Liqueur – the ultimate tipple to serve this Christmas.  Available in stores and online now for just £8.99 per 50cl bottle.

Deep and lusciously rich in smell, the delicious sweetness of sticky toffee pudding meets the classic earthy and spicy notes of juniper in this unique boozy creation. Perfect served over ice, or, for those looking to get creative, it is an excellent addition to espresso martini cocktails or a warming winter punch.

For those in search of more winter-warming gins, Aldi’s Haysmith’s Spiced Plum & Clementine Gin (£14.99, 70cl) and Haysmith’s Sloe Gin (£13.99, 70cl) will lift festive spirits. The Spiced Plum & Clementine Gin has warm spiced notes and rich plum flavours with a sweet clementine finish.

Whilst the Sloe Gin, made from hand-picked wild sloes, is steeped the traditional way in London Dry Gin and left to mature, creating plummy, dark, fruity notes with a juniper-dry gin finish.
