ALDI LAUNCHES ITS BIGGEST RANGE OF FESTIVE CHEESES

There’s always room for cheese, even if bellies are full after a big Christmas feast. This festive season, Aldi is the go-to fromagerie with a sensational spread of cheese to get those tastebuds tingling. From Baking Camembert to Luxury Cheese Truckle Towers, there’s a brilliant block for all.

Shoppers can get their hands on a range of Aldi’s Speciality Cheeses such as the NEW and quirky Specially Selected Wensleydale with West Country Fudge (£2.49, 200g), made by an award-winning dairy, perfect for satisfying both that sweet and savoury craving. Or the returning shopper favourite, Specially Selected Bombay Spiced Red Leicester with Geeta’s Mango Chutney (£2.49, 200g), a smooth cheese with warming aromatic spices. Both are available from 27^th November.

Also new to shelves this Christmas is Aldi’s most unique flavoured set of cheeses to date — Specially Selected Coastal Cheddar with Wasabi and Ginger (£2.49, 200g) for those that love an unexpected kick and Specially Selected Coastal Cheddar with Pineapple (£2.49, 200g) for a classic party food combination. Both flavours are available from 27^th November.

Shoppers can splash out this festive season with Aldi’s most premium selection of speciality cheeses in a handy NEW Specially Selected Ultimate Selection Pack (£12.99, 625g) to make selecting the festive cheeseboard pieces easier than ever. Including favourites such as Vintage Coastal Cheddar, Gruyère Montagnolo Affinè, Cave Aged Goats and Mini Camembert, available from 6^th December.

Give the gift of cheese this Christmas with Aldi’s popular Specially Selected Luxury Cheese Truckle Tower (£12.99, 1kg). This show-stopping tower makes an impressive statement with its tiered stack of tasty truckles including Extra Mature Coastal Cheddar (400g), Aged Red Leicester (300g), Wensleydale with Cranberry and Cassis Flavour (200g) and topped with Balsamic Onion Cheddar (100g). Available from 6th December.

Truffle lovers will adore getting stuck into the returning favourite Specially Selected Sheep’s Cheese with Truffle (£3.49, 175g). Available from 6^th December.

Also making a return to the dinner table this year is the Specially Selected Topped Baking Camembert (£3.29, 280g/290g), but this time with the addition of the Smoky Chilli and Honey flavour alongside the classic Acacia Honey and Truffle or Red Onion glaze. From 6^th December, the beloved Specially Selected Sharing Cheese Bakes (£5.99, 300g) return with the famous 5 Year Vintage Cheddar and a new, but equally indulgent, Gruyere Fondue for a warm and gooey starter or after-dinner treat for those who prefer savoury desserts.
