Aldi has today announced it is bringing back its iconic and award-winning finger lickin’ Chicken King Kebabs (£4.99, 924g), which will hit aisles from 8th March. Fans will be able to meat the famous Peri Peri and Lemon & Herb Chicken King Kebab again, as well as a brand-new Butter Chicken variant, which is coming soon, in time for summer.
Judges weren’t the only ones singing its praises, as Aldi shoppers also took to social media to express their delight. One shopper described them as ‘absolute heaven’ and ‘so delicious’! Another even stated; ‘it is better than Nando’s!’.
Today, fans will be clucking with excitement after their numerous cries across Aldi Shoppers UK for the these succulent kebab sticks to come back have been met.
The award-winning kebab range is back in store from 8th March – at the great value of £4.99. This time the tender chicken thigh and drum fillets, carefully threaded onto a neat wooden skewer are available in two delicious flavours. The popular fiery Peri Peri version and a cooler Lemon & Herb Chicken kebab. As the Spring sunshine awaits, these are a delicious accompaniment to buttered corn on the cob and a crunchy rainbow salad, or some spicy rice and creamy coleslaw.
With the requests coming in chick and fast for these popular kebabs, Aldi fans need to be quick!
Look out for Aldi’s new launches, which include a new Indian-style King Kebab in a Bengal and Tandoori flavour, both of which will be available later on down the line for summer, from the chiller!
